This will depend on which delivery service you use and what day and time you place the order.

For all UK deliveries using our Standard Delivery

You can normally expect to get delivery of items within 2 - 3 working days but this is not guaranteed.

For all UK deliveries using our Next Day Delivery Option.

If you are wanting to guarantee your item(s) will be delivered the next day then you will need to place your order before 2pm. If you are placing your order on a Thursday after 2pm or on a Friday before 2pm then your item may be delivered on a Saturday depending on you postal depot. If not it could be take up to the following Monday to be delivered. If you order after 2pm on a Friday, or over the weekend then your order could take up until the following Tuesday to reach you as these orders will not be processed until the following Monday. We will always endeavour to try get these items out to you as soon as possible.

As we use Royal Mail for all our international orders please see information on their website for delivery estimations. Please note that if ordered after 2pm your item will not be sent until the next WORKING day so please take this into account when working out your estimated delivery time.

Once processed you should receive an email confirmation with a tracking number from Royal Mail. You can use this to track your order via Royal Mail’s Track & Trace service. If you do not receive an email or have a query regarding your order please email claretsstore@burnleyfc.com

If you are based outside the UK YOU MUST choose International Shipping, or your order may not be sent out.

Unless you have specified a safe place or next door neighbour to deliver to, you should be left a card by Royal Mail with details of who to ring or the address of your local depot where you should be able to collect your order from at the specified time on the card. Please note you will need to take proof of ID and the card when collecting. Please Note: If you have placed and order for Next Day Delivery, someone MUST be in to Sign For your item or it will not be left, or put in a safe place. Please bear this in mind when using this service.

Yes. If you are not happy with the product you have purchased you can return your order within 28 days from the date of purchase. To return simply bring your item to the Clarets Store with your order confirmation or post it back to us with a covering letter explaining your reason for return. Please note you will be responsible for the postage costs in sending this back to us. If the item is faulty then we will refund the original postage price of sending the item out to you. All of our official replica shirts are available for personalisation.

The cost to personalise a shirt is as follows:
£5 per name (up to 12 letters)
£5 for up to 2 numbers.
£5 per pair of junior sleeve badges.

£6 per pair of adult sleeve badges.

Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. Furthermore, if a player changes his number at any time we cannot offer a refund or an exchange on this shirt (this does not affect your statutory rights).

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. If we do deem your choice of personalisation to be offensive or abusive we will contact you to discuss an alternative and this could delay the time it takes to dispatch your order regardless of the level of delivery purchased.

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous replica shirts. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item. We cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.

In order to preserve your personalisation, we advise that personalised shirts are washed inside out and without fabric conditioner at 30 degrees. Do not wash within the first 24 hours of application.

All FAQ’s, Sizing, delivery and personalisation terms found on this website are a formal part of these terms and conditions and can sometimes go into more detail than these terms. Please make sure you read and fully understand these before placing an order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Burnley Football Club, return it to us within 28 days in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange. We would advise that any returns are sent via recorded delivery as the Club cannot accept responsibility if the items are subsequently lost in the post. Furthermore, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are deemed faulty. Please note the club have full legal right to send any suspected faulty items to quality conrtol for inspection before any decision is made regarding an exchange or refund.

The Club endeavours to ensure that all items, descriptions and prices which appear online are upto date and accurate, however, errors may occur. If order cannot be fulfilled the customer will be notified via email, card details will be retaken and a refund processed.

Burnley Football Club reserves the right to refuse any shirt personalisation request which it considers offensive, insulting or abusive, should this occur the customer shall be notified via email.
Personalised shirts may only be returned if they are deemed faulty, therefore, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned.
Furthermore, the Club is unable to accept responsibility if a player leaves or changes their squad number.

The Club aims to dispatch all standard delivery orders as soon as possible with the goal of getting them to you within 2-3 working days, however, during busy periods please allow upto 10 working days.
Burnley Football Club also offers a guaranteed Next Day Delivery service on all orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday).
Next Day Delivery is unavailable on orders placed over the weekend, these will be dispatched on the following Monday. A list of all delivery options can be found above.
